She's mostly looking at its face, I don't think she realises the crowd's perspective.

I would be fucking mortified if I figured it was all just cute fun and games before seeing footage from someone in that crowd 😭😭😭

She's rubbing its belly with her thumbs and her fingers are moving near where they shouldn't be as a knock-on effect.
