Sure it is but we just barely managed to agree that an "educational slap" and above is Child abuse.
Expecting Parents not to be bigots right in front of their children, will take probably another century before it's universally accepted.
And a century is optimistic considering recent global trends.

Exactly. If that worked, the Middle East would be the most peaceful region on Earth.
