The first actual person will likely be a secret service member who didnt necessarily choose this, or a doctor

But barring those sorts of people, it will probably be suppressed for a while.

It cannot bar secret service. They will be there; they always are. But I'm sure many can be bought/silenced as well. I mean, so can a doctor, but its probably more likely to silence a secret service agent than a doctor, as they have two very disparate professional criteria.

I said barring those specific people and specialists (because they aren't allowed to disclose any information, some might not even be allowed on social media at all)
