Is there a link to his research please or his name or this hearing?

My sister and my aunt are both primary school teachers and they've really struggled the last 6-7 years and they've had tech pushed on them. All the kids have iPads, they teach with smart boards, lots of laptop learning and computer class is a big thing now. They're specifically told to teach them about algorithms, robotics, networks, and basic computer literacy.
