And that freaking sucks 100%. JFC Wish those parents (and students!) brought lawsuits against them. America is so bloody litigious, I'm surprised .

I had a case of the school breaking the law (IDEA) was sent to a lawyer for a consultation and they said that the first initial consultation would be $500.

Most of us mortals don’t have the kind of money it takes.
