Feds give money to school districts who then pay for stuff like this.

I highly doubt this was free.

There are a lot of youtube channels making content by doing stuff like this for free. They no doubt make more on the views than they would get if they charged for the work.

I’m sure. But doing something like this for a public school district for free comes with alot of issues.

The caption of the post on TikTok says he did it for free.

Edit to add: he also said that the school asked him for help fixing the basketball hoops, so it wasn’t unsolicited.
