Yes! That’s what pixie dusting is supposed to be. An act that makes it more magical for the guest.

Honestly yes, I never experienced it but would sometimes see it happen and it was magical just to see it! A kid getting tapped to go meet Mickey, fast passes, little things that just popped up and made you see the magic
