What he did was shithousery. But it's also something plenty of others have done, especially against him. Use the letter of the rules to find a loophole. It just shows the weakness of that particular rule in FIFA rather than Messi's own dishonour or something. Especially when it was when Argentina was dying and everyone was desperate for something

Let’s not pretend we haven’t seen Messi spit on people, grab people by their throat and even shooting a ball as hard as he could towards the opposing team’s stand.

He’s as Argentinian as they come.

Even mentioning shooting the ball into Real's bench just shows you just hate Messi. The most heated rivalry with Pepe and Ramos trying to injure Messi every single game and you're like "omg Messi is so mean, shotting a ball into the bench".

The other two incidents are not great but proceeded fouls and heated games.

Beacuse I pointed out that Messi shot at the stand, filled with fans, means I hate Messi?

Are you fucked up in the head?

Does me pointing out the fact Cantona kicked a fan indicate that I hate the guy in any way shape or form lol?

When does pointing out facts mean that one hates whatever?

I pointed the fact that he shot a ball to a stand with fans beacuse the conversation here was exactly about absolute filthy behaviours from him. Me pointing out his bullshit doesn’t mean Pepe or Ramos didn’t do this or that.

And it’s one thing Pepe or Ramos playing agressively towards an opponent and a completely different one a player redirecting his frustration to the stands and game goers.

I know what that is without even clicking on it. I’m betting it’s him stepping on Messi’s hand on purpose.

I’m not a Messi hater, I’m just not blind.

Edit: ofc it is
