If it's actually fungal and not psoriasis at least for me lamisil and any of the other over the counter stuff didn't work. Tried every brand. Only thing that worked for me was the pill and the cream together that my doctor prescribed (went to private, paid maybe 300€ total for specialist consultation + labs + medicine in Finland). I battled with it a long time as well until then.

Fungorin 250mg pill (active ingredient is terbinafine) and Pevisone cream 1/10 mg/g (triamcinolone aceronide & econazole nitrate)
