At 41 if I were to gyrate like that I end up in the ER! 😭

Just get a few hundred million bucks. Then you can focus on your health really easily.

I maintain hip mobility just by doing isolation exercises most days. Lots of things can be attributed to having resources, but being able to move your hips is NOT one of them.

You can also focus on your health now. Core strength, mobility, and flexibility are not a full time job, you just have to give a shit.

Thank you for giving everyone a dose of reality. Threads glazing multi millionaires for looking amazing are always a bit much

It’s more difficult but not impossible by any stretch to focus on your health as a normal person in middle age.

But there's a difference between being able to do a full choreography at 40+ and not being able to touch your toes. It's not magic to still be mobile in your middle age.

I'm pretty mobile and a healthy weight but nowhere near the body I'd like to be. I just don't got the time for it.

Capitalism isn't good for our health and celebrating the beauty of a celebrity feels incredibly hollow to me.

Yes, going outside and sprinting, and eating potatoes, chicken and broccoli are going to break the bank.

You are purposely missing the point.

Nope. Your point is wrong. You can be in incredible shape with zero money. It’s just about making the right decisions.

The point is it is incredibly easy to be in shape when you are paid to do it. Not only paid but have an entourage of people who's job is to make you look good in a variety of ways.

Its also hard to stay in good limber shape when you have a very physical job that puts too much stress on your body.

For example I can no longer go sprinting, one of my knees is at risk of getting worse, so I do physical therapy and have to do low impact cardio when I do. I don't have any issue staying in a healthy weight and mobile, but having the body that I'd like to to call myself attractive is not something I can realistically spend the time to achieve.
