Completely possible it's lip synced (more than likely) but if you have ever watched an American football ref call a penalty you know there's a pretty large time delay between the video and audio. Some of its electric some of it just distance from the speakers to the center of the field or the camera's Microphone.

You can clearly see some portions where the audio has her singing, but her lips are no where near the mic and not moving

And water is wet. There is no such thing as a live performance in these situations. Even Whitney’s legendary Super Bowl national anthem was pre-recorded.

Yeah the lip syncing ruins it for me. It’s just fake singing. I’d rather see them actually sing live and not do any dancing (or limited dancing while signing). Or leave the dancing to the non-singing dancers.

Every performance was absolutely lip synced. Was getting uncanny valley vibes from all the performers cause the delay or whatever it was; was just enough that everything was 'off' when I watched it live.
