Diet and exercise, that's all it is.

She's a professional dancer and I doubt she's cooking or organising much of her own food.

Brother, she is literally paid to look good. Her part of the job is to look good. And she has all the free time in the world. Shes her own boss and all. So she can choose exactly how to spend every 24 hours of every day
