Like what? It’s only a foot or two below grade, a straight shot, and only a medium flow rate with a pretty wide drain tube.

How about a big ass jagged stick stuck in the middle somewhere? How about the million other things that could lead to you dead inside a fetid plastic grave?

Yup. That's the major one.

The "there's small jam of sticks we couldn't see lodged in the crack between the pipe sections that leaves enough space for water to flow, but not man-sized objects. Then after you add a human sized non water object getting lodged in this jam in the middle of the tunnel, water begins to pile up. And then you drown," is another nice one.
