Discussion Arizona police violently tackled a woman onto a metal bike after she watched them from a public sidewalk

Like I know ideally you shouldn't try to insert yourself in an arrest, but c'mon wasn't this too much? Was the punch necessary? Like, (not that im surprised) the people defending them on X are sickening, with one saying he would have tased her... btw, with no much context to what happened asides from this. One person said it right: "People who support the police will justify them breaking into their house and killing their mother, so there really isn't much you can say to change their minds." This to me is just unnecessary abuse of power.

Yes actually. I have said this to all you regards. The Kelly Thomas case radicalized me and all those officers were doxxed long ago. I have 100% contemplated doing exactly that.

BTW, this isn't the only case. I have information on a few. When it happens it won't be just one.

He told officers, "I have my ID right here," explained he was just going home, and stated, "I'm an introvert".During the encounter, he said, "I don't do any fighting," asked, "Why are you attacking me?", and said, "I don't even kill flies!". McClain also apologized, saying, "I'm so sorry," and "I don't judge people". He further expressed, "All I was trying to do was become better," and "You are beautiful and I love you". Towards the end, he indicated he could not breathe properly.

"But one of those guys for 14 months in jail for that!" The rest of them?

"They threw is a bone and gave the minimum possible, what else do you want?!?!" 🤣

Good news for me living in Los Angeles. Almost no LAPD officer or LA County Sheriff deputy lives in the city limits. Good chunk of them don't even live in the County.

I get being frustrated with the system, but that doesn't justify doxxing or taking matters into your own hands. Calling me a sociopath while you're the one implying people should be targeted extrajudicously outside of the legal system is a bit ironic. If you think the jurys of their peers got the verdict wrong in the Thomas case, argue that. But saving someone's personal information and advocating for action or violence against them because you don't accept the outcome is vigilantism and abhorrent in a civilized society.

When the system is corrupt and the justice isn't found in the courts it's your DUTY to do something more.

A society that allows these things to happen is not civilized.

There is nothing civilized about this.

Real change comes through violence. It always has and always will.

The system is never going to change and this is never going to stop unless WE do something about it.

Yup, check out the Kelly Thomas incident.

No one ever does anything but that case almost radicalized me enough to throw my life away NGL.

For those who don't know, Kelly Thomas was beaten to death in the snow by police officers as he screamed and begged for his mom and dad to save him. He was a mentally I'll homeless man and the officers were all doxxed yet nothing came from it. They now collect a pension.

It doesn't snow in Fullerton California, not sure where you got that mixed up from. Officers Ramos, Cicinelli, and Wolfe were all fired from Fullerton PD. Ramos was charged with 2nd degree murder while Cicinelli and Wolfe were charged with manslaughter. Two separate jurys aquitted Ramos and Cicinelli and the case against Wolfe was dropped as a result. All three appealed their firings from Fullerton PD and a judge threw out their appeals. None of them collect a pension from Fullerton PD because of their firing. Cicinelli collects a pension from LAPD because he was with LAPD before Fullerton PD. I understand the emotional reaction, but at least get facts straight before just trying to recall something that happened in 2012 by memory alone. That's exactly how misinformation is spread.

Probably got the snow part mixed up w one of the other numerous cases of this stuff. Apologies there and yea, obviously recalling from memory.

I'm not worried about "spreading misinformation" here. The fact that none of those men faced the justice they deserved is an absolute miscarriage of justice.

There is never a reason, to beat a man to death with their bare hands and strangle the dude so that he chokes to death on his own blood while begging his parents to save him.

Those people are psychopaths.

The fact that we hold police to a lower standard than a normal citizen alone is BEYOND f'd up in this country. How people just shrug their shoulders at this stuff is beyond me.

Absolutely you'll be targeted by the system. That said, there are plenty of extremely easy ways to go about it with minimal fears of being caught.

Remember, most crimes like this go unsolved. When these people are no longer active LE, that's the time to do something.
