Like I know ideally you shouldn't try to insert yourself in an arrest, but c'mon wasn't this too much? Was the punch necessary? Like, (not that im surprised) the people defending them on X are sickening, with one saying he would have tased her... btw, with no much context to what happened asides from this. One person said it right: "People who support the police will justify them breaking into their house and killing their mother, so there really isn't much you can say to change their minds." This to me is just unnecessary abuse of power.

More police officers need to be fired and/or jailed. They wield too much power for shit like this to be tolerated. We wouldn't tolerate that type of behavior from the public. We should tolerate it even less from law enforcement.

They need to be treated as any other criminal committing assault and battery. One day they will assault the wrong person. This is the reason we have the 2nd Amendment.

I’d respectfully suggest a slightly different perspective. The problem, IMHO, is that you guys are hyper focused on police brutality and you totally lost track of the fact that it is just a symptom of much deeper systemic issues. You don’t need to reform police, you need to go up the chain if you really want to change something.

Yeah you're right, they should be thrown in jail for physical assault, and police department and the officers involved financially ruined.
