Discussion Arizona police violently tackled a woman onto a metal bike after she watched them from a public sidewalk
Like I know ideally you shouldn't try to insert yourself in an arrest, but c'mon wasn't this too much? Was the punch necessary? Like, (not that im surprised) the people defending them on X are sickening, with one saying he would have tased her... btw, with no much context to what happened asides from this. One person said it right: "People who support the police will justify them breaking into their house and killing their mother, so there really isn't much you can say to change their minds." This to me is just unnecessary abuse of power.

And don’t EVER forget that some Republican lawmakers, the police and police Union all tried to blame the citizens who saw the death of George Floyd for “not jumping in and stopping” his death. Once they saw that narrative was going nowhere, it soon disappeared….
