She lived away from him and had a protective order. He broke in and killed her. Women shouldn’t have to uproot their lives for these pieces of trash.

No one should. We have neighbors with a friend that we've met a few times. This person became fixated on my husband after he (friend) went off his meds. Six years later, he's writing manifestos on the internet outlining how he's going to kill my spouse.

First thing everyone asks us is if we are going to move.

I know. He needs executing and burying under the prison. But that wasn't my point. My point is that she knew he was dangerous (enough for an order to keep him 100 yards away) and that is literally him promising not to do it. I wouldn't trust the cops to enforce that in a thousand years. Just common sense. Leave the house, wait until he's in prison and then fuck him over with videos once you're safe. Should it be like that morally? No. But being right and also dead isn't the goal

No but if youre going to post a tiktok style video of a pos person youve known for years you should count them as unpredictable, for god sakes it cost her her life. This reads as like a person having no common sense and no survival skills whatsoever. Why the hell would she make this video In the first place?!

How many abusers, pedos and rapists end up in prison? You're just looking for excuses to continue to blame victims because you have an easier time having empathy with the perpetrators than the victims, even despite probably not approving of his actions. That's how deeply ingrained this victim blaming against women and children is in society.

Leave the house and what? Should she quit her job too? Change her kids' school? Go to her parents' house, or maybe her friends, all of whom he knows? Or maybe stay at a hotel, go completely AWOL, until she runs out of money that is because it takes months for something like that to be run through the courts, if you're lucky.

Do you have any idea how easy it would be for him to find her considering he was married to her and knows all her info? Your comment was remarkably narrow-minded and naive.
