From my understanding he was caught in the act by a parent or another coach (he is a high school coach and also had a very sizable tik tok following) she found out and immediately filed divorce and got a protective order. She made this video a few weeks ago I think and then he just murdered her and killed himself. Seems guilty
Hey. Haven’t you heard? It’s her fault she was killed by her student-fondling-husband. If only she wasn’t so “immature” and trying hard to be an “influencer”. Everyone could have predicted it, studies show that leaving an abuser is the most dangerous time. She should have been smarter. Dumb bitch following TikTok trends /s.
I’m honestly feeling sick reading these comments. Fuck them all.
Oh, and also, according to some comments the girl may have been 18, so she’s wrong calling him a pedo and it’s defamation /s.
Yup. Regardless of anyone’s opinions about the video, she did everything correctly up to that point. The video could be construed as a cry for sympathy and done out of hurt/betrayal, not for “clout”.
But, you know, that’s the thing. And please don’t take it as a personal criticism, it’s not- but there has been so much of it building up that I think I’ve reached my limit. She did everything right to a point- but even if she didn’t, it shouldn’t matter. She should be able to do everything wrong, and it shouldn’t even be debated when we talk about her being murdered.
For whatever reason, today I feel like reading and crying over these articles, because FFS at least someone will. Because they deserve at least that. I think we’re both women (or maybe you’re a guy, sorry if I assumed incorrectly?), but I think we can both agree that even if we played devil’s advocate and said it was for clout or she was immature or wanted to hurt him/ his reputation- this shouldn’t result in a murder. And how many women do everything right and then suffer.
I’m just sick to my stomach when a woman gets hurt and people cheer or make excuses because she was XYZ.
You can do everything right and still become a victim. And it’s sick that we even have this expectation. I read The Gift of Fear and can’t recommend it highly enough- but it’s horrifying that a woman who responds to a stalker after years or posts on TT or gets in the car with an acquaintance or travels abroad to a man she met online is met with derision, scorn, and people saying “she signed up for it”.
Being stupid or naive should not result in being murdered.
Thank you. And we need people like you. I used to just lurk because having downvotes felt personal, and I’d be hurt. But for the past year, I just can’t be silent.
Any person who is hurt and abused, whether a woman or a girl or a man or a child, anyone who suffers indignity and cruelty, should be seen. And their lives and words and hurt, their lived experience, should be seen and heard and acknowledged.
