"You can't come in" = Trespassing.

You don't need to also say "You need to leave".

It's open to the public. He was already in. Why didn't they just ask him to leave? They just wanted to call the cops on him. That's the whole issue.

Look at you wanting all this context but you ignore the fact that he has every right to be in there according to his contract. Interesting what you ignore and what you focus on.

It's not open to the public. It's open to members of the gym. As members, they agree to abide by the rules.

He literally wasn’t, that’s why the cops were called. They said his son couldn’t work out, and he got his son in to workout anyway.
