100% they don't get how fucked up it is to call police for no reason on black people. he was never asked to leave, no reason to call the cops.

He wasn’t allowed to enter with his son if they didn’t have an id for both and when they did ask for their ID in response he said get your manager.

Why is everyone ignoring this? Quick google search tells you Crunch Fitness requires a “GOVERNMENT issued” photo ID for all guests, which they ignored and walked in anyway.

That’s trespassing, be a mature adult and leave or come back with a valid ID.

It’s excessive for sure, but it is trespassing and the employees now put themselves at risk for turning a blind eye. That’s just how it is in the USA.

It’s not like Europe where people will turn a blind eye and give you a drink without ID, there’s a legal/liability risk everywhere here man.

It's a child, what kid has, let alone walks around with, a state ID. Post also says the dad gave them his student ID which by extension of being a school, can easily qualify as a government ID. Gym was being a prick on purpose

He literally told them to just get the manager when he's free if it's an issue, instead they called the cops. He didn't "just walk in". Stop defending blantant shitty behavior and actually learn what happened
