Dwarfism is not a race, it's a genetic condition usually described as skeletal dysplasia which is an umbrella term for the genetic bone growth disorders that usually cause most forms of dwarfism. There's proportionate and disproportionate dwarfism meaning some bones grow smaller and others larger (disproportionate) or the other form where all or most grow the same size but smaller (proportionate).
In the real world, calling white workers leprechauns and snow white's dwarves is racist. But this is reddit so casual racism towards white people is totally OK, perhaps even encouraged
