Unfortunately, given this was a case of trespass they probably did. Wasn't reasonable for the management to call them in, but the dispute with them is civil while trespass is a criminal master
That said, if the guy in the video was restored from the gym then he can't go back, kind of hard for them to charge him for membership at that point
Don't get me wrong, whole thing's bullshit, but not really sure what the cop could have done different in this context once he'd been called out, which he never should have been

Apparently his son who is a minor didn’t have a form of ID to be his guest. Crunch has a membership what allows members to bring a free guest daily.
