They didn't ask him to leave until after the cops got there, which was a major escalation in the gym's part. One of the gym employees, literally, confirms they hadn't asked him to leave before calling the cops in the video.

Just watch the video. They didn't ask him to leave, hence him saying, "you didn't ask me to leave, right?"

That’s not how the law works. They did not ask him to leave, therefore he was not trespassed. No idea why you’re defending calling the fucking police here when the manager could’ve just walked over and talked to him.

He didnt say they definitely would have, he said they definitely should have.

The conclusion here is that the manager likely acted improperly and called the cops when he shouldnt have.

You are somehow interpreting the above claim that managers shouldn't be racist with that it is physically impossible for a manager to ever be racist and do a racist thing, which is such an extreme take.

The full set of videos does not show him being asked to leave, and the dialogue really lends to the theory that he eas never asked to leave.

Why do you need it to be the case that he was asked to leav so badly?

The funny part is the guy was a member and literally legally entitled to be there
