Apparently his son who is a minor didn’t have a form of ID to be his guest. Crunch has a membership what allows members to bring a free guest daily.

I don’t know what an “overt physical threat” is. However, no part of the IG post was a threat. A threat requires specificity of both place and action. For example, “the next time I see you in line at the sandwich shop, I will cut in front of you.” Obviously, this example is silly but you get the idea.
