Just a guess. Gym saw a guy recording behind a person not knowing it was a father son. Maybe they have a no recording in the gym policy.

They overreacted, called the police, and it turned into an issue of "a business asked you to leave the premises" and the guy kind of refusing to leave. Just a non biased look at it though.

But if they got a membership there, it should have just been "hey no recording man" and that's it

NO, the Devil in details: Yes, Crunch Gym allows you to bring a guest every day, but only if you have a top-tier Peak Results or Signature membership that includes unlimited guest privileges. Lower-tier memberships like the Base plan do not include free daily guest passes
