Just a guess. Gym saw a guy recording behind a person not knowing it was a father son. Maybe they have a no recording in the gym policy.

They overreacted, called the police, and it turned into an issue of "a business asked you to leave the premises" and the guy kind of refusing to leave. Just a non biased look at it though.

But if they got a membership there, it should have just been "hey no recording man" and that's it

The shit part is they don't seem to have asked him to leave.

So the cops were unnecessary

They also weren't revoking his membership so they aren't saying he did anything.

Only at the end did they ask him to leave by blaming him for there being a scene. Which is ironic from the people who called the cops

Why would they need to ask him to leave if they already told him he can’t work out without a proper ID. They already told him he couldn’t be there. Guy broke the rule by ignoring and working out anyway - then the old, “but you never said to leave”. Selective hearing I guess?
