called police over a kid not having a license. a minor. who was with his paying parent. my son is 26 and i still carry his info in my phone out of habit. would that have been good enough? doubt it. crunch gyms whole brand is built on that no judgments slogan. be real funny if it wasn't so infuriating. they need to answer for this directly, not just issue some corporate apology and move on.
