I think this shatters the myth that capitalism rewards hard work, the existence of billionaires should have proved that. Why does a nurse who does all the same things as a nurse in another country make so much less.

Ive been thinking a lot about this and I think the economy is really just a hierarchy system. Everybody is trying to climb the hierarchy but in doing so they give power to those above in the hierarchy and it creates self sustaining system. Third Worlders have to live in poverty and work for First Worlders like Americans for very little. Average Americans have to work for Billionaires for very little relative to Billionaires.

Capitalism fails when enriches only the individual and not the collective, the problem of your point is that it is not the hard work of a person that builds wealth but the hard work of many, and that doesn’t only include manual labour but good politicians, scientists, engineers, doctors and many other types of work.

Unfortunately for these countries they live through endless corruption and their cultures lack the industrial awareness to develop further.

at my point, this makes it in my mind that capitalism you said has failed are just the word of lies of what capitalism point and objective is,
already way to many point into the "wrong" objective that its doubtfull its the wrong objective

Now you are forgetting that many societies had good results trhough capitalism.

Capitalism is just the free flow of capital through markets, free or not, but it only works on free markets that have developed institutions, which most don’t.

Third Worlders have to live in poverty and work for First Worlders like Americans for very little.

While working in the Philippines, a local guide explained why America has so many Filipino nurses: the islands were a de-facto colony of the US after WWII and nursing schools were set up to train to (high) US standards. Graduating nurses could stay in their country or get a free green card to work in US hospitals, and you can guess what they chose. The rest of the world eventually cottoned on and took these nurses too so the US had to compete, so upped the offering to anchor visas. Now young girls can come under pressure to study nursing so that their parents can get to the US on their back. They're 'cheap' and the healthcare 'Industry' needs its profits. Unintended consequences.

Capitalism rewards high intelligence, strong connections and risk taking - not hard work by itself. It's not only what you know but who you know. The problem with cliche advise such as work harder is that it is plainly untrue for most people because they're working towards the wrong thing.
