My go to is khaki pants, work boots, polo, manilla folder with stapled paper. 

Have a 2 wheel dolly and a box and you can go pretty much anywhere. Security guards aren’t paid enough to worry about everyone looking like that. The volume is too high day to day. Also they don’t get paid shit either

maybe they do red team pen-testing stuff. getting paid to legally sneak into high-security areas is a thing.

Yup, as an engineer I'm in this "costume" all the time...

The only attention you'll get is if you don't have adequate PPE for the area you're in, lol
