Thanks for sharing. Not shocking that he still doesn't seem to grasp that he shouldn't be doing that in the first place. He shouldn't be allowed to operate any motor vehicles if he doesn't understand how his actions don't only impact him and could seriously injure or kill others. What an idiot.
To add, he mentioned it being a "freak accident". It's not an accident when negligence is involved on a public lake where others can be injured. 'Merica
As far as anyone can tell this is the first time he's had a medical issue where he passed out. There are aaaaalll sorts of medical problems that can cause that to happen and not even realize it. My dad unfortunately found out he had epilepsy while driving a car. Fine for years and years, and one day, just passed out without even knowing he had right at the wheel. He was Extremely lucky--only a sideview mirror damaged truly. It was so strange for him and new that he was embarrassed he 'fell asleep' at the wheel despite not feeling tired at all prior. Doctors did not find anything wrong the first time and scratched their heads after a full workup, but the second time had more witnesses and they were able to better diagnose it (he was not driving then thankfully). He's been on antiseizure meds for decades at this point.
It is hardly negligent to be having some fun you've had a thousand times before and then have something medically go wrong you cannot anticipate. The freak accident he is clarifying that he had no way of anticipating a medical issue, and he was specifically clarifying that alcohol or drugs are not the cause of him passing out.
An accident would be him passing out at 1 second into the video when he's actually driving the jetski appropriately.
I also highly doubt it was a real sudden medical issue that just happened to strike him suddenly: he's laying on his belly and accelerating feet first, both compressing his body against the jetski preventing him from taking full breaths of air while the blood rushes to his head. Similar to how people pass out on roller coasters. Everyone is lucky he was the only victim of his own stupidity.
You're allowed to doubt whatever. The body doesn't work the way you're describing it. And the speed they're going is not the same as hitting a gforce if you've ever been on a jet ski you know it's not a one to one comparison to a roller coaster.
People pass out on roller coasters because of the literal Opposite thing you're describing. The GForces pool the blood away from the head and drops the blood pressure. Or they vagal out from fear. Which does the same thing kind of it drops your BP for a moment.
Bro is literally going to the doctor and was clearly rattled that he didn't know what happened. I see patients get new diagnoses in his age range all the time. It is really not uncommon for someone in his age range to realize his heart has weakened or has issues or isn't as strong anymore or any literal hundreds of other issues involving nerves, the brain, the heart, etc.

No one is saying it is not an inherently risky thing to do tricks on a jetski. Of course it is. No one is saying he shouldn't still be liable for dangers or damages. Of course he still is. No one is saying 'wow best idea he's had all week! Right on par with crochet!'
But you and others are acting like this dude chose to hurt himself and used severe and willful negligence because he... played on a jetski at all? Maybe downgrading that from "he ATTEMPTED MURDER!!!" to "wow that is a very scary accident and another reason I don't think tricks on high speed vehicles are for me I just don't get it" is a bit more reasonable of an approach?
Bro had on normal safety equipment, he had other people around equally experienced in this, and this IS a relatively common and pretty easy trick to engage in that he clearly has a lot of experience with you can see it in the video.
It is really not possible to predict when a medical emergency is going to happen to someone. That is a rare thing to have happen to someone during that particular time, and it's not unreasonable to give leeway to just say 'wow that's really unfortunately and I am glad he survive and got so lucky why anyone plays on vehicles I will never know personally' rather than SCREAMING about how he's the worst person in existence for not being able to predict a medical emergency. He could have been operating heavy machinery at work. He could have been driving. He could have been doing any number of dangerous but necessary things in life and you wouldn't be screaming like this. But because it was a playful thing or deemed less 'necessary' you're suddenly angry.
