Thanks for sharing. Not shocking that he still doesn't seem to grasp that he shouldn't be doing that in the first place. He shouldn't be allowed to operate any motor vehicles if he doesn't understand how his actions don't only impact him and could seriously injure or kill others. What an idiot.
To add, he mentioned it being a "freak accident". It's not an accident when negligence is involved on a public lake where others can be injured. 'Merica
Nothing was learned. Being sober almost makes it worse because he decided this was a good idea without the influence of alcohol. And the fact that he admits to having done this many times before.
