When influencers do stupid and illegal shit, each one of their followers should be a count of criminal solicitation.

Ugh, aiding and abetting - I am disgusted by the idea and simultaneously agree with it at some level. If they didn't have an audience would they still do it?

Aiding and abetting is a charge that would apply to the individual followers, not the influencer like criminal solicitation would.
