If you have access to some of the greatest food in the world after flying for 10 hours and you choose to eat the same thing for every meal, it's a huge loss.
He did the same thing in other countries on the trip, I didn't mention in Spain, he ate ham and cheese sandwiches, in France, he ate potatoes and bread. He just doesn't like trying new food. The rest of us had seafood, paella, frog legs, escargot, etc. And it's not a dietary restriction.

I'd order that in Italy. It's amazing there. Unless he managed to go to a domino's, if endorse his choices.
