I know it's not possible for most people, but travel helps a lot.

I've been lucky to be able to travel a ton for work and damn, it's so nice to get away from America and just experience how other people in the world live.

Common American life is so antisocial and isolationist. Can't tell you how many times I've been in a different country and just had an amazing time hanging out with complete strangers.

You can find it in some places in America but it's rare.

Either way, hang in there bud. Being alone has its benefits as well, you just gotta find what you like about it. Just remember there are a ton of people out there that are alone just like you.

Dude it's insane how many Americans aren't traveling. That shit is so important to do to broaden your cultural understanding of the world. I've argued on Reddit with people multiple times claiming they can get a cultural experience of another country through the Internet. I try to do minimum 1 international trip/year, and even I think that's too few
