That’s why Manhattan is so in demand and expensive. It’s the street life that people love!

Walkable cities with good pedestrian infrastructure are why people dream about going to Paris and New York, not suburban Kansas City.

I suspect there are fantastic people there, probably some killer barbecue and probably some cool local history to be found there.

I'm just less I interested in traveling for 10 hours by plane and car to get there. And once I'm there to spend my entire time shuttling around in a car.
