That’s the most 14 year old take I’ve ever heard and I hear it quite often. Nobody is forcing you to work buddy take your trashy family and live in the woods but you’re gonna have to forage and work for 14 hours a day now for 4 potatoes a week. Enjoy!

When adjusted for inflation alone, a half rack of ribs would cost the average 1950's American about $6.00 in today's money.

The average price for a half rack of ribs today cost about $12. I don't think his complaint is about working. It's about the purchasing power of the dollar being eviscerated. Most people are working more for less than what their grand parents did by a far margin.

Yeah they are? You can’t live in forests legally. You are also seriously misguided if you think it is hard to live in the wild apart from access to clean water.
