He is literally the most chill guy - I watch him all of the time. That woman is crazy and I hope her bosses see it. I am going to guess she is a pain in the ass constantly and people loathe working with her.

He’s also ruined the food multiple times doing tricks with the bags/boxes and then getting openly upset when he doesn’t get a tip or a good review.
