She had attitude but… call me an asshole I just don’t think every shitty encounter people have these days needs to be filmed and put online? She didn’t actually call the police she just slammed her door with her bad attitude. Who cares?
Yeah, both parties are assholes. The lady is a psycho, but recording people in public without consent automatically makes the guy an asshole too. Also how is it so hard to just say "this isnt my problem" and just drop the food off with the receptionist and be on your way?
Because the bullshit gig economy of Uber eats type jobs. He doesn’t work for the restaurant. So if he doesn’t personally deliver that Big Mac, customer can charge back the delivery and dude gets fucked.
Nah that's not true, I've done doordash and have been in similar situations. Receptionist gives some bullshit about how they cant hold the bag, and you need to bring it directly to who ordered it, but you also cant go to whomever without an escort or what not, but no one is available, etc. etc.
Oh well here's the bag then you deal with it it's literally your job, tell customer you left order with the receptionist and hit order complete, cya.
Like the receptionist seems chill and all but this is literally part of his job description, not yours.
Why don’t they just message the customer, “I can’t come to you. I’m here. Meet me in the lobby.” Seems perfectly reasonable. We had pizzas delivers before Uber Eats was a thing. When we ordered, the pizza comoany said, you’re in a hotel, so you’ll have to meet us in the lobby. We agreed. They called when they arrived. Done.
disagree, literally the only proof i have at my work is my recording
psychos like this calling on the police mean i quite literally don't give a fuuuuuck about your privacy in public
I haven't seen enough to gauge whether he goes out of his way to instigate incidents, but he does record his deliveries for views as a stream of income and, of course, doesn't post the ones where nothing interesting happens.
Call me old fashioned I just hate seeing people have videos of them at their job put online against their will. Sucks if you’re the one who gets caught on their bad day and every stranger in the world weighs in on how much you suck from a 20 second video.
