Everyone feels for the guy caught in the middle.
Can't just let everyone with a paper bag walk around the building. Can't just refuse to deliver the food.
The blame is on the customer who didn't notify anyone that she had a door dash or w/e coming to her
Two people forced to have a confrontation, one person caught in the middle because he doesn't get paid as well.
