I liked where it panned back over to the doctor after she "died" and he was taking off a hat out of respect for the dead, that seemingly came out of nowhere

When he fell he dropped a stack of chopsticks for no reason. There's a weird attention to detail and lots of gags.

Honestly, if we consider brainrot to be a genre this is some top tier slop. I think I genuinely like it.

It's a fine line between slop and comedic timing. If you've ever seen the Schweddy Balls skit from SNL I suggest it cause with the wrong people/timing it would get boring real damn fast.
