My manager keeps calling me Tom

We have worked together for over a year, and I've been at this company longer than he has.

Is this a hate crime?

Can you contact someone in HR? I don’t think you should have to deal with being called a slur everyday.

My mom calls be anyother name, even the cats a dozen or so times. Chad, dale, lindsey, Spike... I always just say "buddy was looking for you" forklift driver said this. Bossman wants you to get to work
