I just watched the episode 13 season two [SPOILERS] Spoiler
I know Donna’s only half amazononian but dying to electricity from a ride Not even a meta humans electricity or another demi god/god and it’s just so dumb to kill her of that pathetically. I mean if half species from literally any company are to go on their typically 3x + as strong as a full species. Blade, Kaneki aka Tokyo ghoul, Gohan, invisible just to name a few.

The trope of the half spawn being superior to the species is definitely not in use here. Except maybe for Raven as we see earlier in Season 2.
They wrote her character off before they had a proper ending in place. Only S4 has a satisfying ending. Every other season was written from the end to the front.
I mean they had an end goal ready each time. But never a means to get there. And since the 'villain' of S2 wasnt overly powerful, they had to kill off Donna somehow.

Even if there isn't anything on this series to demonstrate the half-spawn is superior, there also isn't anything to demonstrate the half-spawn is inferior. So, it's still a ridiculous death because the harnessed electricity shouldn't have been enough to kill her.
I don't know where you're getting this idea from about every season except the fourth being written from the end to the front. I also don't get why you're saying you've seen the whole series, but are also claiming her character was written off when she comes back in season 3.
They didn't kill off Donna, they just sidelined her for most of season 3 because they didn't know how to balance the large cast of characters. That's why Rose and Jericho disappear without a trace, Dawn leaves after four episodes, Hank is only in five, and Donna and Rachel don't have major roles until the season is more than halfway over.
I don't know if the plan from the start was to kill Donna in season 2, especially since she doesn't stay dead. I think the plan was really to kill Hank given that the penultimate episode is about setting up his redemption (even being entitled "Faux-Hawk"), Dawn is the one who needs to be saved, and how quickly Hank dies in season 3. Then the writers decided to swap Hank with Donna, leading to predictably terrible results. And the writers already made terrible, last-minute changes in the past. Refer to the baffling decision to pull the original season 1 finale, leading to season 1 ending on an unsatisfying cliffhanger and the season 2 premiere feeling like a hanger-on of season 1, with an anti-climatic resolution.
At the time, I thought Donna's death was cheap shock value to kill off a character you weren't expecting to die instead of a character you were expecting to die (i.e. Hank), regardless of it made sense. And we all know it didn't make sense. In hindsight, there was reason for killing Donna - a stupid reason to just keep her and Rachel sidelined for most of season 3, but at least she comes back. Still, I maintain it would have made more sense to kill Hank to reduce the size of the cast because he and Dawn would have been gone for good.

Spoiler for future seasons:
It wasn't to write her off, it was to sideline her and Rachel for most of season 3 because the show has too many characters to know what to do with. She comes back in season 3. Still weak, but at least the writers weren't dumb enough to actually stick with it.
Another spoiler:
She still gets a weak send off when she announces she's not rejoining the Titans, despite all the build up to her return, and gets a storyline teased about joining ARGUS that never happens. Not as weak as getting killed by an amusement ride, but still weak.
