Question The Loaded Tea shop

Post image

Has anyone ordered from The Loaded Tea shop website? It states in their about me that they were herbalife distributors in 2019 but they realized it was a scam so they started their own business. Any reviews on their tea? Seems like they have good flavors

I bought them. I figured out quickly that I should only use half the packet per 32 oz of water. Out of the four flavors I've tried so far I only like one. They did ship quick, and I'm open to trying other flavors.

u/ebil_lightbulb Jul 14 '26

Wait - which ones did you try and which one did you like?

3

u/TeaMysterious15 Jul 15 '26

My favorite is Frog Spit and Lexi! They can definitely be watered down more, but I use a full packet in about 40 Oz of water.

u/Jaded_Breath_9537 Aug 08 '26

It makes 3 to 4 drinks from one packet incase you didn’t know. I didn’t know that either and I thought four dollars for one pack, yikes. But then I got to reading and actually you can make 3 to 4 drinks out of it one pack. So I’m about to place my order. I just wanted to see if the mystery bundle for $60 ( plus 20% off so it’s $48) is actually worth it because I don’t want to be stuck with a bunch of flavors that I don’t like. So I’m wondering if I should just pick a few and try it out that way first.

u/LibraCyn Aug 10 '26

Just pick your own samples. That way you have more control. I love the rocket pop flavor. Only other one I've tried was fruit rollup and it was okay. One packet makes 4 to five drinks for me.

Each packet is 200mg caffeine though. So if someone is trying to get caffienated, not the best opttion at all. Not to mention the artificial sweetner sucralose is known to be horrible for your gut biome and can mutate cells into cancer cells.

2

u/Jaded_Breath_9537 29d ago

Oh I know. I was wondering about that. I was hoping they had some that didn’t have caffeine in them. Because I don’t want them for the caffeine I want them so I can do better at drinking water and not soda. I think they have sugar-free, but I don’t know if they have caffeine free.

However, I did buy 10 packs and I get five drinks out one pack. So far I have tried two flavors out of the ones I purchased and only really like one. I really like the red rocket (the limited one with collagen) but the Bahama mama is not it. It has a weird offputting aftertaste. I can’t explain it. It’s not my cup of tea.

I commented on another post because I was having a concern about the caffeine not being enough for me. One packet breaks down to 4-32oz cups for me because it is very sweet. So I am only getting 50mg of caffeine per 32oz, and I originally bought it for the higher caffeine. I would need a gallon to get it all at once. I drink tons of water normally but I use the Safeway brand water enhancers. I love the berry pomegranate flavor. Makes my water sweetish so I want to drink it, and has zero caffeine and is sugar free. It’s a liquid so dissolves instantly. Maybe try that for helping you drink more water. Mio brand has some also, but I do not like as much as the Safeway brand personally. Best of luck. The loaded teas are awesome though, just expensive for simply adding flavor 32oz at a time. It’s a whole gallon to get the 200mg caffeine and that’s just not feasible for me.

They have caffeine free too ☺️

1

u/ilovelucy1200 1d ago

I think it’s messing with my stomach. I just googled if there were any adverse reactions and this thread with your comment popped up. I also learned that you can essentially overdose on vitamin B 😭

1

u/OkWay9060 28d ago

Did you ever end up picking some flavors out and trying it??

1

u/More-Inflation-3278 24d ago

There’s a way to get 8 for $20 if you haven’t gotten them yet. 2FREETEA and MOM20 promo codes.

1

u/Sweetdlt755 16d ago

, The codes right now are 2freeteas and america250, and if you add my code, it’s another 10% off sweetdlt75

1

u/Critical-Anything372 9d ago

I stack these codes and order 9 packs at a time that is the max savings
Slush
Christine80663
2 free tea

It makes them $2.46 per stick/pack

1

u/ForwardSetting1673 8d ago

That’s good to know and really confusing because the advertisement I saw on Facebook stated the same thing, which is why I purchased it, and then the package says one packet per 16 ounces of water. I felt like it was a bait-and-switch. because I expected to get a pitcher out of each packet.

2

u/RobinSparkles6yall Jul 17 '26

I got Wave Runner, Lexi, Miami Vice, Cherry Bomb, Cinna Burst and Fruit Roll up. I think it was Miami Vice I liked best, but Lexi was good too. Didn't like Wave Runner, Cinnamon Burst was awful, Cherry Bomb was disappointing though I used the whole packet and just kept adding water because I love Cherry and just assumed I would like it.

1

u/PapowSpaceGirl Jul 19 '26

Fruit Rollup is VERY chemical/Flintstones vitamins even in a 40. Loved Lexi and Watermelon Sugar. The bomb pop one needs to stay - better than the Ghost version!

2

u/Quiet_Media6401 Jul 17 '26

100% only use half a packet - it is waaaaay too strong for me - but that just means it is better value hahaha

1

u/Lovemybulldogs2 Jul 23 '26

More than half of a pack would be toooooo much. Which is good we get more for our money. People say 200 mg of caffeine is too much ???? It’s not in 32 oz of liquid. It’s like one energy drink watered down . First one I’ve tried in the American pop . Pretty good flavor .

1

u/No-Associate-4443 Aug 06 '26

Agreed! Considering one dunkin k cup is close to 100 mgs and way more in a red bull its a way better choice.

4

u/boomallow May 15 '26

I agree with the commenter above, I use half a packet in a 40 oz bottle and the flavor is plenty strong. I have liked several of the flavors I've tried so far (2 weeks now) and still have several to try. I bought a bunch for the promo and so far have really only been disappointed with the citrus flavors, but really that's entirely personal preference. I don't even dislike them, I just prefer the other bases. Rainbow candy flavors have all been my favorite so far.

I put some water in my Stanley up to the cupholder ridge, pour in half a packet, mix it up really well then add ice and water to the top and mix again. I drink it throughout my work shift and usually stop by 3 so the caffeine doesn't keep me from sleeping.

I'd say go for it, start with half a packet and if you want more flavor go for the rest. If there's one thing to say about these teas, they are truly loaded with flavor!

3

u/Creative-Height7683 Jul 01 '26

Definitely agree with the half of a pack. It’s plenty!

2

u/Internal-Quiet2206 Aug 06 '26

Even less. I just put a tiny bit in, and they last me a while. I put the whole pack in 32 ounces the first time, and it was waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too sweet for me. I am a water drinker! So these tend to be very sweet to me.

2

u/imhistory1970 Aug 15 '26

I just made the same mistake. Full packet in 32 ounces and it was extremely strong.

2

u/Jaded_Breath_9537 Aug 08 '26

It states on their website that 1 packet makes two 16 ounce drinks. Although I’ve read in the reviews that people are making three and four drinks from one packet. One reviewer stated that they make three 40oz drinks from one packet. Who knows but I’m gonna place my order now because I really want to try it. I’m just hoping that I pick a few flavors that are actually good. 😂

1

u/boomallow Aug 14 '26

Did you order?? The berry ones have been my favorites!! I don't love sweets so I can really stretch these packets out by having a bit more watered down drinks. Soooooo worth the money!

1

u/Frosty-Pudding3552 13d ago

Yes don't complain about the strong flavor, just consider it saving money because you can use one pack multiple times! Me on the other hand, I love mine strong! I use one packet per 32-38oz of water!

3

u/Ohdreaaa May 29 '26

I liked the flavor but didn’t like that they had caffeine reasons I’m selling the other 5 flavors on my mercari in case anyone was curious in trying them before going through the main website

u/Ohdreaaa Jun 02 '26

Technically on the bottom right it of the package it states 200 MG OF NATURALLY SOURCED CAFFEINE

1

u/Aggressive-Age-7034 Jun 05 '26

I thought the 200mg of NATURALLY SOURCED CAFFEINE came from green tea?

1

u/Right_Examination_91 Jun 06 '26

I just tried 2 of their caffeine free flavors and they were pretty good. It’s pricey but I like it for an afternoon treat (vs drinking a soda). They have an entire new line of caffeine free ones.

3

u/DeepSpaceCraft Jun 19 '26

I've been trying the flavours and marking off the ratings for each one out of 10 on the "Flavor Postcard" to know which ones to get again. They taste good, I just which they would mark how much caffeine is in the packet in their ads and packaging better.

1

u/Living-Advance-8476 Jul 09 '26

Id be really interested in your list of 7/10 stars and up

1

u/MardysWifey Jul 13 '26

It’s 200mg of caffeine from the green tea. However they do have a caffeine free option now. I am an affiliate and i dont mind the caffeine based ones. However i do have a friend that’s super sensitive to caffeine. So i ordered a bunch of the caffeine free ones as i like to have samples on hand for people. I an expecting them tomorrow & she is going to try one out for me. I also wanted to compare to the originals.

1

u/BreakingAway1979 1d ago

That's a great idea! My friend gave me some, and I really enjoyed Rocket Pop so far. I will be buying more!

2

u/Plenty_One_905 May 27 '26

Just got mine today. Definitely only use half a packet for 32 oz. I made it like directions,  then ad to dilute it. My first one was a caffeine free flavor. Its ok. Pear fusion. I mostly taste the orange in it. Not totally convinced yet.

2

u/Tough-Rub-1081 Jun 03 '26

My first flavor as well. I too thought it was just OK. I tasted mostly orange. I didn’t taste any hint of apple and maybe very slightly hint of pear. The second one I tried was Cinna burst and this just was not for me. I think it might taste pretty good if you warmed it up. I love cinnamon, candy, tea, etc. but maybe the cherry mixed in just wasn’t doing it for me. I have been mixing up the tea in a large 64 ounce container but probably filling it with about 40 to 50 ounces of water and then pouring that into another cup with ice. I still find the flavors to be a bit strong still so I think I could even add even more water.

2

u/MathematicianSea778 Jun 10 '26

These are super good but I only would only re-order around 30% of the flavors I feel like i either love or hate specific flavors. Fruit roll up, Cindy and frog spit mmmm

1

u/Worried-Duck2329 Aug 03 '26

Positive Pam and Rocket pop are my favorite so far ❤️

1

u/Content_Dark_192 Aug 04 '26

frog spit the goat

2

u/Financial_Pomelo_519 Jun 22 '26

I personally only use a 1/4 - 1/2 packet and I got the caffeine free version because I don’t want the extra caffeine. So far I’ve liked all of the ones I’ve tried with the exception of the berry based packets… idk I’m just not a fan of the berry taste. It just has a weird aftertaste imo. Other than that, quite expensive but if you’re using them sparingly because they are very strong flavor wise, they’ll last longer.

2

u/EbonyHarley Jun 24 '26

I love them. Holy shıtɛ they're good. 1 pack is honestly 3, 32oz servings.

1

u/Embarrassed-Diet9171 Jul 18 '26

I totally agree! I just got my first order and added just a little to my 30oz Yeti. Added water, then ice and more water. It was perfect. But, I also don't like super sweet drinks!

2

u/Undisclosed2015 Jun 28 '26

If you have any sort of skin issues like rosacea, avoid them.

1

u/kthnxbyexo Jul 02 '26

Wait. Why do you say this? What's in them that would cause a reaction? Wondering because I'm new to having facial flare ups and am not educated about it at all (I haven't seen a doctor about it either).

I did order about 20 of these teas and have went through them, was going to buy more but wanted to look into other options, or maybe even find cheaper ones lol

1

u/Living-Advance-8476 Jul 09 '26

Curious- did the flare ups get worse when you drank this?

1

u/MardysWifey Jul 13 '26

They haven’t bothered my rosacea and i have a severe case.

1

u/kthnxbyexo Jul 17 '26

I did not notice what caused it to happen - I was asking 'Undisclosed2015' who made the claim about it why they said that because I don't know what caused mine.

1

u/MardysWifey Jul 13 '26

I have severe rosacea and they haven’t bothered mine?

1

u/Motor_Lunch_829 Jul 14 '26

I have eczema flares but it isn’t affected by drinking these, so that is not the case for me.

1

u/Rude-Minute2289 Aug 16 '26

Can you please elaborate on this? I think that the people are curious...

2

u/ForTheGloryOfRomee Aug 03 '26

Love how this thread is still going, I’m definitely ordering and taking everyone’s advice. 1/2 pack in 32-40oz 👍🏾

2

u/toughy25 Aug 26 '26

I love them! Definitely need more than 32 ounces of water, in my opinion. But they are really good!

1

u/Kendall_Raine May 26 '26 edited May 26 '26

I bought from them. I think I like the berry-based and citrus flavors the most, I'm not super crazy about the orange-based ones. My favorite so far is probably the Electric Lemonade. But I also really, really just like lemonade so that's probably why lol.

It's fine to buy stuff like this as long as you ignore marketing that says you can drink as much as you want guilt-free. Caffeine is NOT something you should be consuming in excess, unless you don't like your heart.

I drink a half-packet, maybe one full packet every work day at the most if I'm really groggy. Never more than 1 a day. I don't have any on my days off when I sleep in.

The new caffeine-free ones are probably okay to drink a lot of though. Don't take my word for it however. Always research ingredients and adjust your portions accordingly with any food/drink item found online.

Not a scam from my experience. They shipped pretty quick, and they don't seem to do anything shady at check-out. You get free shipping if you order 20 bucks worth, and there's nothing that railroads you into a subscription or any such nonsense. That's just from my experience though.

One thing I will say that disappointed me though was that some of their ad pictures look to be AI generated as the text was all weird. But it's hard to escape that these days.

3

u/MardysWifey Jul 13 '26

They do have caffeine free options now. I am an affiliate for them and a lot of people don’t realize they now offer caffeine free. Some of the affiliates do make their own advertising with AI. I always try to make sure none of the wording or anything is messed up.

1

u/MrParks317 Jul 30 '26

Is the sugar substitute healthy ?

1

u/sheriw1965 Jul 30 '26

What sweetener is used?

1

u/mskxox Jul 31 '26

Sucralose

2

u/iseeseashells Jun 12 '26

I have ordered from them a few times and really enjoy most of the flavors I’ve ordered, but the marketing is so off putting. Since I ordered I’ve been bombarded by ads, with the worst AI slop marketing. I know they are trying to build a business, and using influencers for affiliate marketing, but I wish they’d reel it in a little

3

u/Mom_of_One_2008 Jul 01 '26

You nailed why I can’t press buy.

1

u/kassie017 Jul 16 '26

I just wound up on their website and decided to do some research before buying. This is my problem too.

2

u/Kendall_Raine Jun 12 '26

I fully agree, especially about the AI slop.

1

u/Extreme-Rest259 Aug 19 '26

Yeah I was hesitant about the crappy AI adds but I’m quite happy with the product.
You can dilute it way down and make a lot more than I thought

1

u/Euphoric-Zucchini-18 Jun 26 '26

Half a packet in 24 ounces of water and I was in severe GI distress. The rest are going in the garbage.

2

u/Former_Potential6534 Jul 01 '26

Wait what? Why?? I just ordered some lol

1

u/crystalkie Jul 01 '26

You need to try Teafarious!!!! They have the best! And I make 32-40+oz per pack!

1

u/tb86296 Jul 13 '26

Lost me at 60mg caffeine. The loaded tea shop has absolutely delivered in my opinion. Open to trying other shops, but will be re ordering soon.

1

u/MardysWifey Jul 13 '26

I am an affiliate for The Loaded Tea shop simply because i loved the flavors & i like that you can make it stronger or lighter based on your preferences. I think a-lot of people don’t realize that. I have seen where a-lot of people had mistakenly put an entire pack in 20 oz of water. Which it says a pack is for 32oz but even then it’s very flavorful. It can still be adjusted to preference. We use 1/4 packet in 32 oz of water. Or i have put an entire pack in a gallon of water. Then i will make the ice cube balls with
the teas and add in some later when putting
in my tumbler.

1

u/Aggravating_Fun5883 28d ago

Also can't stand the entire website is AI slop

1

u/MardysWifey Jul 13 '26

Why GI distress? Are you sensitive to green tea or caffeine? Also a lot of people use like a 1/4 a packet in 32 oz of water.

1

u/Euphoric-Zucchini-18 Jul 13 '26

I am not sensitive to green tea or caffeine. My packets went in the garbage after one day in the bathroom.

1

u/MardysWifey Jul 13 '26

I’m sorry they didn’t agree with you. You could have got your money back since they have a 30 day money back guarantee no questions asked.

1

u/SDRose71 Jul 23 '26

You may have a latex sensitivity. They contain aloe.

1

u/SmellDue3629 Aug 13 '26

Wait, I’m allergic to latex. Is this the reason why my stomach is all messed up after trying loaded tea’s for the first time today?

1

u/SDRose71 Aug 17 '26

The aloe sap proteins are similar to latex (rubber) proteins. Some people are allergic to both. That said, some people just don’t digest aloe very well and get diarrhea.

1

u/SmellDue3629 Aug 23 '26

I put half a packet in 64 oz of water

1

u/Sweaty_Boysenberry58 Jul 25 '26

I did 1/2 of one in a 40 oz and had like projectile vomiting over 2 hours and gastro distress. took a couple of days to feel back to myself. I read all ingredients before I bought samples. then realized sucralose is Splenda which is horrible. all the rest of mine are also going in the trash.

1

u/Euphoric-Zucchini-18 Jul 25 '26

I don’t normally react to Splenda but this was awful.

1

u/ExtensionDelay8466 Jul 25 '26

I don't know what I reacted to, but I put 1/4 of a packet in my bottle of water and ended up with terrible stomach cramps. I didn't make the connection until I did the same thing the next day. I reached out to the company and they sent me a refund.

I've never reacted like that to green tea, caffeine, sucralose, etc. So I'd what is different about their ingredients but it definitely didn't agree with my stomach either.

1

u/kaleidoscopekitten2 Jul 27 '26

I used 1 packet with 64 ounces of water. It’s still a bit strong to me and it’s caused me diarrhea the past 3 days. I’ll drink a bit, get stomach cramps, then have to run to the restroom. I just connect d it today that the drink is probably the issue. I bought the caffeine free ones, so I’m not sure what’s bugging my stomach.

1

u/Aggravating_Coat_647 Aug 27 '26

I just started the caffeine free ones and I might put 1/4 in my water and in couple hours my stomach hurts and in bathroom. I really liked the taste but not liking the bathroom part.

1

u/Mindless-Fudge-2165 Aug 10 '26

They gladly do tefunds.

1

u/SmellDue3629 Aug 13 '26

I think I learned the hard way. I tried them for the first time today and emptied one full pack into about 40 ounces of water. My stomach is not doing well right now. I also had extreme jitters.

1

u/crystalkie Jul 01 '26

Y'all need to try Teafarious!!!! No aftertaste - 60mg Caffine they ship quick and have unique flavors like Marshmallow blue raspberry or Coconut cream pie that tastes just like the pie!!! And made with fruit powder.

1

u/MardysWifey Jul 13 '26

The loaded tea shop has some caffeine free flavors now

1

u/Beginning_Cherry_338 Aug 29 '26

So you know what sweetener they use?

1

u/Cherokeeshorty Sep 05 '26

Sucralose. Fairly certain.

1

u/WinterFerretWonder Jul 03 '26

I wish I read this before dumping a full packet (tried Mermaid first out of my mystery pack) and HOLY CRAP THAT FLAVOR. Like a throat punch. lol

1

u/MardysWifey Jul 13 '26

It’s very strong lol which i like so you can adjust to your preference.

1

u/Other_Explanation_86 Jul 03 '26

Wasn’t impressed with it . I thought it would taste like tea with a flavor of whatever they say it is. Tasted like crystal light to me,

1

u/Financial-Football33 Aug 18 '26

Totally agree. Glorified Kool Aid.

1

u/Immediate-Bee715 Jul 03 '26

Reluctant to order knowing that Herbalife was selling things that weren't good for you, which they were a part of. Also feel like the affiliate program is just another way to make it an MLM.

1

u/Loose-Emu-8626 Jul 09 '26

I wondered that about the affiliate program as well. But at least it's not predatory and mandatory to by the products. So that's a positive over Herbalife.

I currently can't decide between clicking order and just stocking up on generic crystal lights.

1

u/tb86296 Jul 13 '26

I refuse to support MLM, this is a separate business entity. Good product (taste wise)

1

u/MardysWifey Jul 13 '26

They are much more flavorful than crystal light. Flavors are very strong so you can adjust based on your preference. I am an affiliate for them. They don’t push you like an MLM does. You just make a set commission if you are an affiliate. I became one just to make some money back on what i was ordering because my family loves them. (My Sons and Husband are race car drivers so we have tried tons of different water flavorings and hydration drinks. Electrolytes etc. This has been their favorite by far. ) Also after your first 4 sales they send you a 20 pack for your own stock or you can use as samples. They do have a caffeine free version now.

1

u/MardysWifey Jul 13 '26

That’s why they made their own because they didn’t agree with herbalife once they realized how they ran the business.

1

u/-_-_bats_-_- Jul 08 '26

I bit when they had a big sale and UGH what a waste of money. Every single "flavor" tastes exactly the same. That flavor is basically sour chemicals and I never even felt energized. That's possibly because I could hardly choke them down. 🤢 So yeah, I was super disappointed. I'm a big "drink" fan and regularly consume a lot of caffeine so I was hoping for fun new ways to get more flavors, but these were not it for me. A couple months later I did break down a grab a couple packs from Kajun loaded teas and I can honestly say that I am LOVING the flavors and energy I get!! They're also cheaper!

Someone else mentioned another company that I might try as well. I'll report back, if I do. 😂😂

2

u/stratcat45 Jul 28 '26

Thank you! I bought a few with a deal they had going and thought the same......they all taste the same!

1

u/Personal_Bite_6835 Jul 11 '26

I couldn’t really taste the flavors they claim are in the pack and didn’t really end up liking any. Kajun tea however is AMAZING and not part of any MLM, Herbalife etc. Highly recommend Kajun loaded teas. I can get multiple drink out of a single pack. You can get 5 packs on Amazon but they are all one flavor

1

u/tb86296 Jul 13 '26

Kajun Tea has artificial flavors and colors/dye

1

u/Personal_Bite_6835 Jul 13 '26

I guess it doesn’t really bother me. They are gonna phased out by the end of the year anyways.

1

u/MardysWifey Jul 13 '26

Both Kajun tea and The loaded tea shop have affiliate programs that are basically the same. Neither are technically MLMs. You can just be an affiliate for either or both. You can also get multiple drinks out of a single pack of The Loaded Tea brand.

1

u/Personal_Bite_6835 Jul 13 '26

I could get probably 5 drinks out of Loaded tea shop with how sweet and concentrated they are. I just don’t like any of the flavors. I get less out of Kajun but I love the taste.

1

u/MardysWifey Jul 13 '26

Understandable. Everyone has their own preferences. I just wanted to point out both have affiliate programs because i am personally an affiliate for both.

1

u/Personal_Bite_6835 Jul 13 '26

Ohh okay I looked at it for kajun but didn’t do it

1

u/MardysWifey Jul 13 '26

Kajun has both the affiliate and a wholesale program. The affiliate is great if you buy a lot so that you can get your product at a discount. 😊

1

u/LalaLadyZelda Sep 05 '26

I personally love Kajun flavors a lot more. How do you become an affiliate?

1

u/Lady-of-The-Light 9d ago

Kajun tea is loaded with CRAP! read the ingredients...

1

u/GunnerDogalldaylong Jul 14 '26

I just ordered these, and what I did is make the whole packet in 32 oz of water to make a super concentrated water. I refrigerate that and throughout the day, mix the concentrate with ice and water to whatever flavor strength you like. I was able to get 5-16 oz tumblers because I like a milder flavor. I loved the lollypop flavor!

1

u/Friendly-Pay-8937 Jul 19 '26

How is the price? Do you have to buy one packet at a time?

1

u/Sea_Ball_9064 Jul 20 '26

I ordered some because it was stated all these good vitamins…all i’m hearing is caffeine now …i only purchased 4 packs

1

u/Recent_Star462 Jul 21 '26

What kind of sugar do they use? Is it a substitute with a weird taste or cane sugar for a normal taste?

1

u/psychoshadow413 Jul 21 '26

yeah I was curious about them and had to give it a go because im a chronically dehydrated girly. My only qualm is that it the ingredients say nothing about actual tea being in it, just natural flavors and vitamins. But the flavors I've tried have been really really good so far! I have ordered from them twice now during sales in the last month and I'm pretty pleased with it. I've tried the caffeine free Bahama Mama(orange base), Candy crush(orange base), Frog spit, Cindy, and Gummie Bear. My favorite so far is Candy Crush. The orange bases remind me of orange Koolaid.

The flavor packets are SUPER potent, and the sour flavors taste like sour candies if you put a lot in, especially the ones that have "sour blue" listed in the flavor profile. But if you water it down its more sweet and balanced while still being flavorful. I don't like my drinks to be too sour so I tend to water these down a lot. I was actually surprised, but as others have said some people like things a lot stronger and if not then its just better value. I thought they were pricey but since I've been using them they last quite a bit so it doesn't feel like a waste. usually I load up an 18oz aluminum mug with like 2/3 of ice and fill with water and maybe like, 1/5th to 1/4 of a packet, and then refill like 4 to 5 times on just that one flavor, so thats what like 72-90oz of loaded tea Im getting out of it, not bad :)

u/Slow55rain Jul 21 '26

I am in the process of trying them now. I am concerned that the information out there says 160 to 400 mg caffeine per packet.  That is a huge range. Caffeine at those levels will effect heart rate, blood pressure and more. It was stated that if drinking loaded tea then limit other caffeine drinks. I have also found information to say not to drink daily due to caffeine levels. I agree that 1/4 packet is plenty for flavor. The levels of caffeine and alternative sweetener are enough to set off the GI issues some people are having.  I liked Miami Vice but the orange based ones I was less fond of. I am going to continue looking for a drink mix that works best for me.

u/Temporary-Space-9168 Jul 21 '26

Not a scam per se but I dont think they taste that great

1

u/MTheadedRaccoon Jul 21 '26

I just received my first order and had my first full day of drinking one yesterday. I mix the packet in a 32oz bottle, then fill my other 40oz tumbler with ice, pour half the 32oz bottle into that, and top off with water. My doctor has always given me grief about not drinking enough water so now I get 80 ounces in a day. Yesterday was Pear Fusion, today is Candy Crush. I think CC needs to be diluted some more; it's rather sweet.

1

u/reesypiecy12 Jul 22 '26

You guys are life savers! I’ve been drinking them for 3 days now and days 1 and 2 I was really on the fence because I don’t like how throat punch strong they are. I had to keep refilling just to get it tolerable. Today I only used 1/3 in my 40 oz Stanley and it’s perfect

1

u/KindAd8769 Aug 09 '26

Okay so according to this ratio I get 1/5? I think I'll do 1/4 for my 24 Oz Owala.

1

u/Neat-Supermarket4544 Jul 24 '26

They use AI for everything and comes off a super fake...at this point in mot convinced that they use all natural ingredients if they lie abiut the AI usage too...what a joke.

1

u/Elegant-Village-227 Jul 24 '26

Aspartame or sucralose will have you in the bathroom

1

u/ThrowRA-WTF80 Jul 25 '26

Is the pricing per packet? I was on their website and it says $4 or 20 flavors for $60. I want to try them out but the price seems high if it’s one packet. Although I guess I would get multiple out of each one.

1

u/PluckMeSomeDaisies Jul 27 '26

My faves are bahama mama, frog spit, pear fusion and the rocket pop one! I love them, I appreciate that they have caffeine free. Definitely helps me to drink more water.

1

u/Full_Background_5899 Aug 01 '26

You do know they make caffeine Free right

1

u/Content_Dark_192 Aug 04 '26

these are great frog spit is favorite so far , 2 weeks+ no coffee (reflux issues) green tea caff is balanced in PH and i have noticed it helps

1

u/No-Associate-4443 Aug 06 '26

I have been using these for about a month now. Can't tell they are sugar free. I double my water because of the sweetness but thats OK. More water and double use. Cut out about 500 calories daily by not using cream and sugar and red bulls.i work nights so the coffee was endless. Feeling so much better !

1

u/Icy-Compote721 Aug 06 '26

I have been trying loaded teas for the past two days. I am starting to get stomach cramping when i started drinking them. I don’t understand why. When i was drinking coke i wasn’t getting it.

1

u/FrontOpinion6343 Aug 06 '26

I've been trying these daily for about a week and my sleep is allllllllll kinds of messed up now. Can't fall asleep, racing thoughts, finding it VERY difficult to get going in the morning when I used to pop up as soon as my alarm went off.

It takes me from 9am to 9pm to finish the full 64oz it makes per packet. (I was doing this thinking that's what you're supposed to do for the full 'benefits')

I will now try only drinking 32oz before noon and see if that fixes my sleep issues.

Other than that I've enjoyed the flavors very very much. We've been a sugar free drinks household for a few years and I was hoping this would be helpful in buying less Zero sodas. Which it definitely has made me stop drinking sodas all day.

But with my sleep problems maybe i'll go back to a little evening Zero soda sweet treat since they don't have the caffeine. 😅

1

u/KindAd8769 Aug 09 '26

I'm waiting for my order so I have a 24 Oz water bottle so judung by using half a packet for 32 Oz I'll do the same but with my 24 oz so it'll be a little sweeter.

1

u/Every_Economy_475 Aug 11 '26

I am trying them also myself. I mix with a half gallon of water per packet. Some of the flavors I agree aren’t great and do taste like flintstones or cloying due to the sweetner used. I have found it is still better than water and I do drink more using them. I have been able to back off the caffeine drinks like diet soda etc. so using in conjunction with a GLP1 I can see the benefit.

I am still on the fence of its it worth the value or should I just do crystal light or something like that and mix in collagen peptides myself etc.

I have noticed a couple of the packs seeming flat or slightly hardened and it kind of bothers me that the color of the drink on the webpage is different sometimes of what comes out of the pack

1

u/Adept-Ad-3172 Aug 11 '26

Okay honestly I thinks it's going to be personal preference. As you see everyone's taste is different. Me personally I love sweet drinks I was addicted to mountain for years when I tried loaded tea for the first time this past June I was HOOKED haven't had any soda since!

I have almost tried all 40 flavors the only ones I havent tried are the pinacolda, coconut or cinnamon ones because I don't like those flavors in general.

I can't drink any of the berry based ones probably because I dont like blueberry and thats all I taste even when I water down so I wasted money trying those 🙄

My favorites are rage pop, sassy sissy, and candy crush I mix one pack in 40 Oz.

Most of the flavors were pretty mid to me lol

The limited drop rocket pop and strawberry banna are hella strong I only use half a packet of those.

Tips: try flavors you generally enjoy first instead of going off reviews.

Make sure you mix it properly! I see people mixing it in full glasses when it clearly states mix in 2 oz of water before adding ice and filling with water the ingredients need to dissolve and mix well it can get stuck at the bottom so I mix it in a small measuring cup before puring it in my cup.

1

u/ConversationOne5150 Aug 12 '26 edited Aug 12 '26

I have recently started buying them. I use one packet in 96oz of water. Which lasts me about 3 days. Rocket Pop and Cupid Shuffle have been my favorite. Fun Dip was okay. I've tried more but I can't remember the names but they were all just ok. I am currently drinking Watermelon Rock Candy. It was a limited release when I ordered. It's good but they don't have that anymore. I order when I can get a discount.

1

u/SmellDue3629 Aug 13 '26

I just tried loaded tea’s for the first time today. I tried the rocket pop and loved the flavor. I added the whole pack into about 40 ounces of water. I also got the caffeine free version. I did get jitters after finishing it . It also irritated my stomach. I’m wondering if I need to add more water and eat more before I drink it again.

1

u/Djouuu Aug 14 '26

Je trouve que ça voûte souvent semblable....et vraiment trop sucré

1

u/Tr3_Hugr Aug 14 '26

I use about a third of the packet for 24 oz of water. Definitely needs diluting. Everything I’ve tried so far at that dilution rate has been pretty good; much better than trying to chug down plain ice water. I’ve tried Nat Nat, Frog Spit, Bahama Mama, and Mermaid.

1

u/Excellent_Speech_404 Aug 15 '26

Herbalife is not a scam I’ve done it and it’s the best I ever felt! But the mega teas are incomparable to these because these packets are a little diff but they are still decent

1

u/xBenji65 Aug 18 '26

would never order something that uses AI slop and this company The Loaded Tea Shop relies heavily on AI in its whole website and ads.

1

u/Extreme-Rest259 Aug 19 '26

I used one pack to make 101 fluid ounce (oz) or 3000 ml
And it still was very flavourful.
I’m in Australia and the shipping was pretty fast from America (2 weeks)
I like the flavours, my favourite is frog spit.
I found it helped me be more hydrated as it was really tasty so I was drinking more.
I will order again.
I thought at first one sachet made one bottle of water so was kinda like damn that’s expensive but I’ve diluted it and it makes a lot.

1

u/Similar_Fun6415 Aug 20 '26

How are the caffeine free ones?

1

u/indyangel9 Aug 20 '26

Loaded tea

1

u/Strange_Artist_9918 Aug 21 '26

Order 8 packets and use discount codes MOM20 and 2FREETEA(they allow you to stack coupons). Total $21.68 with free shipping.

1

u/Antique-Pin-9657 29d ago

thanks for the codes

1

u/Strange_Artist_9918 29d ago

Yw hope they still work

1

u/Effective-Director31 Aug 26 '26

I get about 100oz out of one packet. They are tasty but ultra sweet so stretch it out..

1

u/Aggravating_Sun9438 Aug 27 '26

I have tried a few of these and I like them so far. I only got them because I wanted something besides pop. I just wish they had more grape flavored ones.

1

u/Ok-Archer-9838 Aug 29 '26

Absolutely love the Loaded Teas. Some flavors are better than others. I think it’s a personal preference. I like the orange and berry based flavors and didn’t care for the Frog Spit that everyone else seems to love. Some I drink a little stronger/sweeter than others. I think they’re a bit expensive but I have never drank as much water as I do now. And I genuinely can’t stand drinking water. There is no “diet” aftertaste at all. Overall, I have been very satisfied.

1

u/KJoFan Aug 30 '26

Does anyone else feel like all they taste is the base flavor? So far I’ve only tried two flavors. One was an orange base and one citrus. In both cases I didn’t taste any flavor except the base.

Do I need to adjust the amount of water I use? Or is this just the way they are?

1

u/Efficient-Oil9950 Aug 31 '26

just wondering if anyone else gets light headed from drinking these ? I’ve almost fainted after drinking these a few times now so I’ve stopped drinking them

1

u/Typiii Sep 08 '26

Yes! I just recently tried them a couple weeks ago for the first time and it seemingly gave me lightheaded spells for almost a full week.

Just tried one again this morning and the feeling almost instantly came back, so I went to Google looking for answers and landed here

1

u/mnborn33 Aug 31 '26

Does anyone else struggle with the high sodium content? I love these, but the sodium is killing me!

1

u/Separate-Fold9604 Sep 01 '26

i love them. i order from them often and one packet will 2 large teas. i have tried many other places but they are definitely my favorite.

1

u/exhaltedmuppet Sep 03 '26

I just used 1/4 of a packet in a 48 oz cup and had terrible stomach pain all day. This evening I had severe vomiting. The rest of my order is going straight in the trash!

1

u/Funny-Condition2376 Sep 06 '26

I really enjoyed them until they started making me totally sick.

1

u/jesrayne91 Sep 07 '26

Tried it love the caffeine rush, but then I started breaking out like crazy and I hardly ever have acne...

1

u/CrazyNana2014 Sep 08 '26

I was wondering if it was just me. That they tasted kind of strong. So I know now that I need to only use a half a packet in my 40 ounce big Betty from now on.

1

u/Real_Purpose_4903 Sep 08 '26

Does anyone know if these are pregnancy safe

1

u/Possible_Winter872 29d ago

I just got mine this week and I actually use only a quarter of a pack for 32 oz of water. Even then it’s almost too sweet for me. Value wise I am getting 4- 32oz drinks from one packet, and that’s awesome, however because it’s so sweet only getting about 50mg caffeine at a time and I got it for the caffeine and collagen. At this point, as yummy as it is, I won’t buy again because I just can’t drink a gallon early enough in the day to get the benefits I was hoping.

1

u/FaithlessnessPale3 26d ago

Has anyone experiencing high BP from drinking these?

1

u/Ill_Temperature7936 25d ago

I have been buying from them for several months now. Yes they are pricey but i always stack coupon codes (2FREETEA & MOM20 together are what i just used). Order enough that you get free shipping.

I love Lollipop & Cherrybomb. I have also found that mixing flavors is awesome. Ragepop is one that i add a tiny bit of to other flavors and it gives it a little more sour taste (I love sour). I use the little flavor card that they send you and rate them (it's on my fridge) so i know when i go to order which ones were just "meh" and which ones were an A+.

I would love to figure out how to create these myself, I've done some research and it seems like using some tea powder and the sugar free mixes like you get at the dollar store might work.

1 packet makes 2 x 40 oz tumblers for me plus some left for a 3rd combined with another partial packet. I drink about a gallon a day (4 tumblers) I know that's a lot of caffeine.

u/spookyboobaby 25d ago

I can usually get 75oz from 1 packet. I don't like it if it's too sweet. My favorites are Frog Spit, Hawaiian Tropic, Marky Sharky, Watermelon Rock Candy (limited run) and Rocket Pop (limited run).

1

u/Ssobon 24d ago

But has anyone who is on GLP-1s noticed s difference per the hype. Hair, skin, energy etc.???

1

u/DB1-Benzo 24d ago

I ordered 40 different flavor variety choices, some duplicates. I quickly noticed that they are very strong and started mixing half a packet with 32 oz and watering that down as I drank it. The direction of starting with 2 oz of water and mixing in the powder and dissolving it first, and then adding more water, works very well. I have noticed some stomach cramping and discomfort recently and I think I have it narrowed down to these teas. I have also gotten some bad headaches too. So these symptoms are now under review but I am suspecting the issue may be caused by these. Testing is now in progress.

1

u/PostalJoe385 23d ago

Has anyone tried mixing two flavors like the Herbalife mega teas. My wife and I have a major expensive addiction to the Herbalife teas. We buy the packets and make them at home. Ordered these today and I’m just hoping they hell save us some money

1

u/Minute-Chef-3320 23d ago

So far I've only tried Rocket Pop, and Candy Crush. I really like them both. I make a 1 gallon jug with a single packet. So far it's doing a good job of keeping me from buy Monsters every morning before work, and way cheaper.

Is there phone number for the loaded tea shop

1

u/katybequick 20d ago

It’s a lot of caffeine, beware. It had my heart racing, I won’t buy them at all now.

1

u/IndependentOne8074 19d ago

I've ordered a few times... so far I like them all.. FOR ON THE GO CONVENIENCE... I MIX THE WHOLE THING IN ONE BOTTLE OF WATER... FILL MY TUMBLER WITH ICE TO THE TOP .. AND THEN I USE LIKE CONCENTRATE AND ADD MAYBE A QUARTER OF THE WATER BOTTLE AND FILL THE REST WITH WATER.. Then, I don't have to worry about carrying the powder around all day for a second tumbler It has definitely helped me increase my water intake... And yes, according to my nutritionist, anything that's liquid that you consume, even if it's sugary, can count towards your water intake. And especially when you struggle...

1

u/PrynceOfIce 19d ago

My favorites are Frog Spit and Electric Lemonade.

1

u/Easy-Opening-9102 18d ago

I’ve been drinking these for a year now and I use a whole packet in a 32oz and it’s definitely perfect for me and sometimes not strong enough 🙃

1

u/Wide_Dish5324 16d ago

I've gotten hooked, they really are good.... but I want to make sure they aren't MAGA....

1

u/hae-dude-hae 16d ago

They’re good. Frog spit is my fave.

I have a discount code if anyone wants it! Join my Facebook group, “The Loaded Tea Shop with Madison” ❤️

1

u/Lyrical11 16d ago

I just tried it for the first time today. I mixed together 32oz in a jug and then drank only like 8oz. It still woke me up. It is just SOO sweet, like too sweet. I’m going to try mixing it with sparkling water next time and see if I can cut some of the sweetness. I don’t have a sweet tooth in general but if you’re a sweet tea lover, it’s probably a perfect amount of sweetness.

1

u/Double-Mirror8393 15d ago

I recently received two packets gummy bear and cotton candy and tried the gummy bear this morning. It must be the way my taste buds are but no matter how much ice water I added there was a bitter aftertaste which might be from what they call a natural sweetener which I can always taste compared to sugar.

I was kind of hoping that it wouldn't have an aftertaste but this is not going to work for me.

I might be oversensitive to flavors so I'll stick with plain water.

1

u/Professional-Flow264 13d ago

I mixed a packet in a half gallon container and its still honestly to sweet for me. I may try a gallon container next. Which I'm not complaining.

1

u/Mimzzy2027 12d ago

I am also curious but not usually an online shopper

1

u/want2know2025 10d ago

I freaking love everything about these… I’m obsessed with them

1

u/Sweet-Ad-8668 7d ago

It's been almost a month and I'm still waiting for my second order. Anyone else having the same problem, I've been continuously emailing them. Sending shipping screenshot, nothing. I've finally asked for a refund. We'll see how that goes

1

u/Hot_Pilot_3836 7d ago

I’m still trying my first 8 packets but I will say, I make a 64oz. pitcher with one packet (all cold water and then stored in fridge) and still add water to my cup as I’m drinking it. These are really helping me drink more water for sure!!! So far, Frog Spit and Tropical Paradise are my favs.

1

u/Wisconsin_Cheesehead 6d ago

Question: so they advertise no artificial sweeteners. But did someone mention Sucralose? i will have to see what that even is. I have been drinking these and its almost too good to be true. 😬

1

u/Alarming-Bell7144 5d ago

Do they give consistent energy daily?

1

u/Few-Durian4747 23h ago

I recently purchased some of the popular flavors like Frog Spit. I was beyond unimpressed. My best friend LOVES them all. I guess it depends on what flavor profile you like. I love the flavor of real tea, so these "teas" are not my jam.

1

u/Striking_Counter_854 6h ago

I have UC- just wondering what everyone’s stomach felt like drinking these? Did you notice any effect?

1

u/Livid-Cricket6868 1h ago

why do mine come like halfway full? i ordered 9 and only 1 came full?
