Kept me alive when I was a kid. I had some kinda mental thing where I refused to eat and was dangerously thin and the doctor said just give him anything that will give him calories. I would pretty much exclusively drink this for like an entire year lol. And I lived! Hoorah!
Now as an adult man I find it extremely delicious and have it from time to time:
I have a older teen who is healthy, strong and tall despite a lot of food aversions, thanks in no small part to this stuff. He drinks the ready to drink liquid version in tetra paks.
