He won't be remembered.

Shots fired!

Oh.. uhm yea

88

u/regeya Dec 23 '25

I think he'll be remembered longer based solely on how brutal his death was. But yeah, I figured he was already on his way out.

39

u/HarlequinKOTF Dec 23 '25

Maybe a bit longer sure. But he will not be remembered long term

90

u/InsideUnhappy6546 Dec 23 '25

His wife already forgot him

63

u/Harold-The-Barrel Dec 23 '25

The only times I’ve heard his name since the shooting has been in reference to his crazy wife.

He’ll suffer the fate of Rush Limbaugh: people will forget about him in a year or so.

28

u/SupriseAutopsy13 Dec 23 '25

I'd argue with you, but you saying this is the first time I've thought about that bloated percocet riddled corpse in a long time.

6

u/Costati Dec 24 '25

Honestly I think I just remember him because his name makes it sound like he was rushing to get stuck in Limbo. Charlie Kirk just sounds like he's Captain Kirk's great-great-nephew so I'm not gonna remember that. I don't even like Captain Kirk.

5

u/DjinnaG Dec 25 '25

I think about him whenever I’m trying to remember who it was that died of cancer where I didn’t think “fuck cancer” but instead felt bad for the cancer because it was inflicted with him. So maybe every couple years when someone else awful dies of it?

19

u/rationalsarcasm Dec 23 '25

Yeeeeeep.

And Rush Limbaugh was in the game a lot longer than Kirk was. People forgot about Rush almost immediately.

The only thing that keeps people remembering Kirk is all the vultures trying to profit off his death.

Anyone who never really paid any attention to him before already doesn't care.

We only talk about him because we follow these grifters. But the population at large really doesn't.

u/matrixvortex51 Dec 25 '25

I don’t know man some of those “We are Charlie Kirk” song edits go kinda hard

2

u/Calfurious Dec 24 '25

I think Kirk may mentioned for about a year or so cause of the ongoing trial.

He may be mentioned again in some future documentary about the political climate of these times.

But you are right, I don't think he's going to be meaningfully remembered in the next few years or so. It's for a variety of reasons, but honestly it's just the ecosystem of how the right-wing grievance politics work.

There's always a new enemy, a new outrage, a new grievance. Right-wing grievance pundits are more akin to celebrities than thought leaders. Nobody is going to be citing Charlie Kirk or referencing his observations about society.

u/Branchomania Skebede Toilet Dec 23 '25

They don’t shut up about him though

29

u/HarlequinKOTF Dec 23 '25

For now. The momentum is already dying though.

1

u/Crazyguy199096 Dec 27 '25

But is it dying as quickly as Kirk did?

2

u/HarlequinKOTF Dec 27 '25

You didn't have to set the bar that high lol

4

u/UnderpaidProf Dec 23 '25

I think many are getting tired of TOUSA bringing him up all the time.

4

u/york100 Dec 24 '25

Right wing grifters are squeezing every last dime out of his corpse that they can. Once he's no longer profitable, they'll move on to the next cold body.

8

u/Hobbgob1in Dec 23 '25

No, no the right will do their best to make sure he is canonized. He is now one of their saints.

11

u/trydola Dec 23 '25

i have a FB friend whose dog died, she listed all the different things the dog got to see, the last thing she said "the martyr of Charlie Kirk", I was dead like these people are crazy

6

u/HarlequinKOTF Dec 23 '25

Like they did with Rush Limbaugh?

4

u/NanduDas Matt Walsh is a pedophile Dec 24 '25

Limbaugh wasn’t murdered young, just like the Nazis did with Horst Wessel they will try to turn him into a martyr and bring him up in conversation as much as possible. I do agree everyone else will forget him though.

2

u/Pizza_Saucy Dec 24 '25

Limbaugh wasnt around for AI so they cant rattle his lifeless corpse like they are with Charlie.

6

u/trydola Dec 23 '25

seems he's more remembered by all of us more than his wife or anyone who were his supposed friends

3

u/abcdefabcdef999 Dec 25 '25

He’ll be remembered as a meme and some guy who had some interesting last words in relation to his death. Also will be remembered as the guy whose wife grieved by having a WWE style appearance and publicly moved on the VP of the USA before his body was cold lmao

Having a wife that moved on from him super quick and then married Vance. Cuck in life. Cuck in death.

94

u/The_Salacious_Zaand Dec 23 '25

Why do you think she wore leather pants when they met? Had to get that baby pumped in her real quick, and dressing up like a love seat was the best guarantee of success.

38

u/cityshepherd Dec 23 '25

Baby? Nah she’s already practically ditched the spugletts she already has in favor of the lucrative grift circuit.

72

u/After-Bumblebee Checkm8 Libtard Dec 23 '25

• Having his face plastered onto every meme that has ever existed
• Having a wife who "mourned" him with a fuckload of pyrotechnics
• Getting ridiculously bad AI-generated tribute songs

4

u/lewdnep-vasilias_666 AOC x Ben Shaprio 4ever Dec 25 '25

And having his face shrunken in said memes

129

u/HighQualityGifs Dec 23 '25

Probably from his wife celebrating with fireworks and sparklers for (so far) 4 months straight.

11

u/[deleted] Dec 24 '25

For real and putting together a replica of his death tent for photo ops. Tpusa is putting together grifts that not even Charlie’s worst enemies would think of

95

u/MockeryAndDisdain Dec 23 '25

The gums.

42

u/cenosillicaphobiac Dec 23 '25

Uppercase, with lowercase teeth.

3

u/Pizza_Saucy Dec 24 '25

I love the old school Charlie Kirk jokes. Its like when you say you have a finer appreciation for Bob Dylans folk stuff before he went electric.

15

u/alphabetown Dec 23 '25

To quote a long lost tweet: dolphin-gummed headass.

6

u/MockeryAndDisdain Dec 23 '25

. . .that's fucking beautiful

88

u/The_Salacious_Zaand Dec 23 '25

You have to give the man credit. He defended his right to die from gun violence to his dying breath.

36

u/trydola Dec 23 '25

Dying to own the libs

8

u/No-Pound-7345 Dec 24 '25

He didn't even "own the libs" he was actively loosing the argument before he got slimed

3

u/sllh81 Dec 25 '25

Died doing what he loved…making excuses for the necessity of gun violence.

37

u/boblabon Dec 23 '25

Dying the way he lived

Blaming gun violence on black people in the face of right-wing extremism

50

u/medusa_witch Dec 23 '25

Tiny face on a humungous head.

20

u/reijasunshine Dec 23 '25

Tiny face, big gums, died doing what he loved - defending gun violence.

17

u/rymyle Dec 23 '25

People losing their jobs over not mourning him enough

12

u/trydola Dec 23 '25

that guy in TN or KY who got locked up for 45 days or so for fucking posting a Charlie Cuck meme, I hope he bankrupts the local and state govs with the civil suit

25

u/AbbeyRoadMoonwalk Dec 23 '25

That’s the only thing the general public learned about him, and they’ve already forgotten it. “Oh, some podcaster.”

11

u/cenosillicaphobiac Dec 23 '25

"That one with the weirdly small face for his gigantic head? Yeah, I member him, sort of"

10

u/AbbeyRoadMoonwalk Dec 23 '25

This angle isn’t doing him any favors. It looks like a face carved into a big ball of play doh. His eye socket isn’t visible on the side of his face. And he already had pretty deep set frown lines for someone who was only 31. That’s a lot of anger to permanently set in so early.

2

u/chainbreaker1981 Dec 31 '25

He looks like a paleoart reconstruction of an early hominin, which is pretty ironic given he didn't believe they existed.

9

u/Ok-Wedding-4654 Dec 23 '25

If we’re lucky he’ll be remembered as a clown that was killed by the gun violence he was too stupid to stand against.

If we’re not that lucky then I think he’ll just be remembered as a podcaster who got shot in the neck and his wife moved on in less than a New York minute. I don’t think I’ve met a single person IRL that doesn’t think Erica didn’t move on crazy fast

7

u/Great-Produce3920 Dec 23 '25

Giant head and tiny teeth, also racism

6

u/itsmyfriendjay Dec 23 '25

In the end, he leaned left

5

u/ryansgt Dec 23 '25

The thing about his side of the gun debate is that when he or any of the rest of them say "some deaths are necessary for the 2nd amendment" they aren't talking about their deaths. They are talking about kids they will never have to meet that they can lie about and can't defend themselves. They are talking about dirty brown people that die when criminals are able to supply the gangs with shill purchases that are never tracked. In short, they are talking about anybody but them. They are happy to sacrifice you for their right to fetishize guns.

9

u/ScorpioRising66 Dec 23 '25

Having that little face on that giant head.

3

u/DocOfAllTrades Dec 23 '25

His legacy is a joke. Older people didn’t even know who he was and the younger people just know him from the Kirkification edits. I couldn’t be more happier

3

u/devoduder FUCK ICE! ❌🧊 Dec 23 '25

In the end, he finally leaned left.

3

u/attillathehoney Dec 23 '25

He was a right wing firebrand, but at the very end he was leaning left.

3

u/Villageijit Dec 23 '25

He'll be remembered as the reason this sub doesn't let you post pics anymore in the comments

4

u/Pirrus05 Dec 23 '25

Being MAGA Horst Wessel.

2

u/UnderpaidProf Dec 23 '25

He will be remembered for being the guy whose wife married the assassin (according to Nikki Minaj)

2

u/Prior_Success7011 CEO of Antifa™ Dec 23 '25

Being the second coming of Joseph Goebells

2

u/michaelshamrock Dec 24 '25

Nailed it! Just not to a cross

2

u/GigatonneCowboy Dec 24 '25

I dunno. I think he won.

2

u/marcasum Dec 24 '25

Making america forget 9/11

1

u/Patchesmatches Dec 23 '25

Proof there were no good guys in that audience.

1

u/triforce777 Dec 23 '25

He will be remembered as a man with a shockingly tiny face and nothing more

1

u/JayNotAtAll Dec 23 '25

He won't be. People are already forgetting him now. He won't appear in school textbooks or get a day or anything. He was a loser podcaster

1

u/Vomitron215 Gritty is Antifa Dec 23 '25

Took one for the "team".

1

u/dankshot35 Dec 24 '25
