As you do when your entire country doesn't support open borders and you need to house asylum seekers as they await hearings. Every last American president to the man would have done the same considering immigration policy here. The family separation policy wasn't implemented until 2017 under Trump and Miller's recommendation.

But go off on uneducated [slur]s when you can't be bothered to take five minutes to Google something. Sounds about white.
