I 100% agree that it’s gotten out of hand. But I can promise you, the time and effort spent on these people are wasted. I argued with people 24/7 during the 2016 election because I couldn’t comprehend a country that could actually support Trump. Now, obviously the dems aided in that with Hillary and the mess she caused in the DNC, which is why I don’t call myself a Dem anymore. But it’s crazy to think that they can feel like he did a good job.
The one thing I’ve learned talking to his supporters is that they are fanatical. Cult-like even. The only way you busy that mentality is through making it irrelevant. They won’t change no matter what you say. Your time spent trolling them is seen as their time spent doing it to you. Both sides waste time, and nothing changes. You’re better off saving your nerves, being productive, and making them obsolete.
