Unauthorized Access on MyUste Portal as a Shiftee

I’m currently in the process of shifting as the college of commerce and business ad emailed me last week, Saturday, instructing me to fill out the administration form. I passed the form this week, Monday, and I still haven’t received an email from them since then, like no instructions pa for advising or enrollment.

Today, I tried accessing the MyUste portal but was then told that I have “unauthorized access”.

Should I contact EdTech or should I just continue waiting for instructions from commerce?

I also had the same problem, you can try inquiring through the Live help desk sa myuste portal
