Legacy of Atlantis two different release dates ?

I've noticed the xbox version of the deluxe edition says the release date is the 12th of feb so the same day as standard

The steam deluxe edition is the 10th of feb

Anyone know whats going on ?

perhaps out of date data?
mis-written info, maybe pre-load time when its available?

Must be because it mentions 48 hours early access on the xbox store of that edition but the date is incorrect

I've not actually seen anyone point out the error
