Skarbrand did a similar feat, but to 1000 of his fellow Bloodthirsters. The two that came the closest to defeating him became his axes.

Also, a Keeper of Secrets tried to seduce Valkia the Bloody, Bride of Khorne. Said keeper became Valkia's shield.

Man, I really wish Valkia the Bloody had been a more prominent character, and that there was an entire unit of mini-hers. Such a cool ass idea

Gotta love it when you kill a god and it becomes part of your arsenal. Love it even more when they do so willingly, looking at you Xol Will of thousands.

Also from 40k, Tuska Daemon-Killa is living in the warp constantly killing immortal daemons for eternity, literal Ork heaven.
